Kitchen Hand
As a kitchen hand, you will be hands on behind the scenes of where all of our creative magic happens. Full training provided with plenty of room to grow.
Responsibilities include:
- Wash and clean utensils and dishes as regulated by WHS guidelines and store them properly
- Handle, sort, store and distribute food items
- Wash, peel, chop, cut and cook foodstuffs and help prepare salads
- Sort and dispose of rubbish and recycling
- Organise laundering of kitchen linen
- Clean food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or sreas
The ideal candidate will:
- Have unrestricted working conditions (desirable but not required)
- Full availability throughout the week
- A passion for food and a desire to learn
- Ability to speak Korean (desirable but not required)

Host
Are you a people person with a service oriented mindset? Our restaurant offers a traditionally inspired menu which will be a joy to serve to our wide customer base.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and taking customers to their seats
- Present menu and provide detailed information when required (allergens, ingredients, portions)
- Prepare tables by sanitising and setting up cutlery and glasses
- Offer menu recommendations as requested
- Take orders accurately using POS system and/or memory
- Serve food and drink orders accurately
- Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems
- Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware back to kitchen for cleaning
- Meet with restaurant staff to review specials, changes and service specifications
- Follow all WHS guidelines
The ideal candidate will:
- Have proven work experience as a waiter/waitress
- Hands on experience with cash register and POS systems
- Basic arithmetic skills
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for mistakes
- Excellent presenation and hygiene
- Active listening and effective communication skills
- Full availability and flexibility to work in shifts
- Food safety training will be highly regarded
- Ability to speak Korean conversationally will be highly regarded
- RSA license
